Open Studio of current works on the themes of Migration and the sudden exodus of Black American finding refuge in Europe. Focusing on Black Women, this group of portraits shares their emotional landscapes. For this interview-based project, which in its final form will include spoken word and music along with mixed-media paintings, Amelia Ray www.ameliaray.net has composed an instrumental jazz/classical work entitled Footprints 2023, while Odarley has begun to produce a collection of images and portraits.
